Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend microservices and deployment pipelines for data-intensive applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
• Connect services to databases and utilize streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Build and maintain Azure/AWS deployment pipelines.
• Develop test cases to verify design requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java Backend development.
• Strong experience with Java SDK 8 or newer.
• Proficiency in Microservices patterns built on Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services and integration.
• Knowledge of Kafka streaming technologies.
• Experience developing with React.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar databases.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to write SQL.
• Familiarity with financial market/instrument/Trade lifecycle.
