Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and distributed event-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and testable code for microservice architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and enable telemetry for observability.
• Participate in refinement sessions to define technical requirements.
• Guide junior developers on software engineering best practices.
• Enhance team standards and improve development processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building distributed event-based systems.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with microservice architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in system resiliency, observability, and high-volume messaging.
• Ability to design scalable relational and non-relational database models.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.
