Description

Build and maintain scalable Kotlin applications and RESTful web services within an AWS cloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Kotlin applications with a focus on RESTful web services.
• Construct scalable code using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Implement microservices architecture and manage orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices, including unit testing and code quality evaluations.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Kotlin software development.
• Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of SOA and web service paradigms, including REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with Git and continuous integration tools.
• Knowledge of code quality and coverage tools.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, database concepts, and security protocols like OAuth 2.0.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with AI integrations and microservices architecture.
