Responsibilities

• Implement complex architecture solutions requiring high scalability.
• Guide the wider development team on scalable implementation patterns.
• Interact with the broader project ecosystem to ensure alignment.
• Maintain backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Apply Project Management and Risk Management principles to delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of strong, demonstrable work experience in Java Backend development.
• Proven experience in the Finance Technology domain.
• Solid understanding of AWS environment for development and CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Database systems.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Risk Management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong Time Management skills to handle complex deliverables.
