You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and system architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review system architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and multi-threaded applications.
• Establish coding standards and enforce best practices across the development team.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and consistency.
• Resolve technical challenges and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Java and multi-threaded application development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with messaging services, specifically Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• Working knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
