Description

You will design and develop complex Java backend solutions, integrating microservices and managing containerized deployments on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-complexity software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web Services and Web APIs.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply non-functional qualities like resiliency and maintainability within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong experience with Microservices and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency with AWS technologies for building and deploying applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, and Nexus for DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Karate, with an understanding of TDD.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services.
