Description

Build and maintain commercial Java-based solutions. Collaborate with product owners and architects on design decisions. Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code. Provide alternate solutions by challenging the status quo. Work within Agile product development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative, commercial solutions using Core Java.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects on technical design decisions.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug complex application code.
• Evaluate existing systems and provide alternate solutions by challenging the status quo.
• Execute tasks within Agile product development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on Core Java development experience.
• 2 to 3 years of strong experience in Java 8 features and development.
• Proficiency in Spring framework and ORM technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with Multi-threading and Java Collections.
• Competency in applying Design Patterns in real-world scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control and Jira for project management.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Investment Banking domain.
