Description

You will develop and maintain critical transactional systems for a complex OTC Client Clearing project, managing the full lifecycle from trade clearing to post-clearing workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver major components for complex clearing and post-clearing lifecycle event workflows.
• Integrate systems with multiple clearing houses (CCPs) and middleware platforms.
• Implement diverse business rules and workflows within transactional systems.
• Coordinate across engineering teams and liaise with users regarding derivative trade clearing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and SQL for data persistence.
• Experience with Sybase or DB2 databases.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience building message-based systems using IBM MQ or TIBCO.
• Knowledge of Perl and XML processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#.
• Knowledge of OTC Derivatives.
