Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale backend applications using Java and modern microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and implement RESTful APIs.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and integrate with distributed systems.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Perform application performance tuning to achieve sub-second response times and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support application deployment in containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Required Skills

• Strong Core Java fundamentals with 5+ years of experience building large-scale backend applications.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems and distributed systems.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with performance tuning for high-throughput systems.
