Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java.
• Build microservices and implement event-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
