Description

You will own the development of enterprise-level backend systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend systems and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of backend features from design to deployment and support.
• Develop RESTful APIs ensuring secure and efficient communication between distributed systems.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability while integrating with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers while participating in architectural planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and securing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Experience collaborating across frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Familiarity with technical strategy and architectural design discussions.
