You will build and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support system functionality.
• Manage data persistence using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement multi-threaded programming and manage garbage collection.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS services.
• Operate within Agile practices using GitHub for version control.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience using Java and Spring.
• Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of multi-thread programming and garbage collection.
• Experience using GitHub for code management.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional experience with Python.
