Description

Design and implement distributed web-based and client/server applications using Java/J2EE technologies. You will own the full stack, from backend APIs to front-end interfaces and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly scalable applications and APIs using REST and SOAP architectures.
• Develop front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Implement persistence layers and manage object-relational mapping for transaction control.
• Design and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based services and containerized applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Expertise in Java 1.8 features including Lambda expressions, Stream APIs, and multi-threading.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework modules including Spring Boot, MVC, JDBC, Batch, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, EBS, ELB, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Hibernate, JPA, and ORM implementation.
• Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Strong database skills in Oracle, MySQL, DB2, or SQL Server, including complex PL/SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JSP, Servlets, Struts, and EJB3.0.
• Familiarity with SOA, SAX, and DOM Parsers.
