Description

You will build and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Java backend technologies and tools based on project requirements.
• Write new code and perform maintenance tasks for existing systems.
• Execute unit testing for all developed code to ensure quality.
• Collaborate on user stories and requirements with other developers and client teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8 (Collections, Streams, Lambda, OOPs, Exception Handling).
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot (JPA repositories, RestController, Spring Batch, Ribbon, Load Balancer).
• Deep knowledge of Hibernate (Session/SessionFactory, Object States, Query Cache, Criteria, Entity Relationships).
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful API creation using Domain Driven Development.
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud patterns including Circuit Breaking (Hystrix), Service Discovery (Eureka), and Externalized Configs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle for writing queries and joins.
• Experience with JPA and Enterprise Messaging Systems (EMS).
• Familiarity with Maven, application monitoring via Splunk, and AWS Lambda.
• Competency in Unit Testing.
