Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize backend microservices and data processing workloads using Java and Apache Spark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage data processing workloads with Apache Spark and its ecosystem.
• Optimize application performance through thorough Spark performance tuning.
• Write and maintain Linux scripts to support backend operations.
• Deploy and manage services across cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of the Apache Spark framework and ecosystem.
• Experience with Apache SQL and Spark libraries.
• Expertise in performance tuning for Spark applications.
• Experience with Linux scripting.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications.
