Description

You will design and develop Spring Boot microservices using DDD and TDD principles. You own the full project lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot and established design patterns.
• Implement unit, integration, and contract testing to ensure code quality.
• Optimize Spark queries and manage data performance.
• Integrate SQL databases and manage data across distributed systems.
• Manage the full project lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 features.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with AWS, S3, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL database integration (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL).
• Experience with Bitbucket and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spark Java, Kafka, Big Data, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of HDFS and Spark query tuning.
