You will develop and maintain backend services using the Java stack, focusing on data ingestion and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Design and write complex SQL queries to handle varied data sources.
• Implement microservices architecture components in Java.
• Build and manage services within established project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Proficiency in developing REST and SOAP web services.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and writing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Familiarity with the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Maven build tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with Agile and Test Driven Development (TDD).
