Description

You will build cloud-native applications and web services using Java and Spring frameworks within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and deliver code for microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Own end-to-end application delivery, including coordination for production deployment.
• Monitor application health and KPIs, providing triage support for production issues.
• Review complex code from other developers and mentor junior team members.
• Champion security best practices throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT/Digital development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• 7+ years of experience with JPA (Java Persistence API) or other ORM tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years of experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or JBehave.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying services using Gradle, Maven, or Jenkins in CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience in agile development environments.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and high-performing code.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
