Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using Java and the Spring Framework, leveraging MongoDB and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize MongoDB applications to meet specific data requirements and manage data migrations.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Analyze database performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure system stability.
• Debug and troubleshoot database issues and manage backups for disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Java, J2EE, and the Spring Framework.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, including hands-on application design and optimization.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with version control and Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
