Description

You will own backend delivery for Java-based services, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met while managing escalations and resourcing needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices on AWS.
• Manage project execution using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Handle delivery escalations and raise resourcing requirements.
• Ensure target KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
• Familiarity with React for frontend integration.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and project management frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling delivery escalations in high-stakes engagements.
