Description

Build and maintain high-transaction throughput systems as an individual contributor in Bentonville, AR.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects throughout the full SDLC.
• Direct root cause analysis for critical business and production issues.
• Supervise work of cross-functional engineering groups, including offshore associates.
• Deliver hands-on technical work according to JIRA requirements.
• Document testing and maintenance procedures for application corrections and improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience architecting, developing, or integrating high-transaction throughput systems.
• 2+ years of experience working with Azure cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in agile environments using distributed geographical models.
• Experience working with multi-vendor and multi-geo teams.
• Proficiency with Kafka, NoSQL/Cosmos, SQL, and Unix.
• Experience using JIRA for task management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to work from the office in Bentonville, AR, 5 days a week.
