Description

You will build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot within a SOA architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Spring Boot-based microservices in a distributed system.
• Implement data persistence layers using Oracle, DB2, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Mocking, and Gherkin.
• Apply object-oriented design principles to ensure scalable backend logic.
• Collaborate within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with Drop Wizard or similar Java frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and GitLab.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, DB2, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Any Graduate degree.
