Description

Build and optimize backend services and APIs powering Android applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with mobile and backend teams to deliver user data and insights services.
• Manage complex databases and optimize SQL queries for performance.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs for high-volume transactions.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on mobile APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, OOP principles, and clean code practices.
• Expertise in Multithreaded Programming.
• Strong SQL skills for schema design and optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, Spring Boot, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of server-side software development.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Android frontend development using Kotlin.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, complex build systems, and agile practices.
