You will develop and evolve search and experimentation platforms, transforming ideas into production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve search and experimentation platforms.
• Prototype solutions using advanced technologies.
• Build, maintain, and evolve backend APIs.
• Apply performance testing to optimize code for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Strong experience with test-driven development (unit and integration testing).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Spinnaker or similar tools).
• Proficiency with databases/storage like TiDB, RocksDB, MySQL, Redis, Memcached.
• Solid understanding of Thrift and Protobuf schemas.
• Working knowledge of latency, throughput, and system performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data-centric application development.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
