You will engineer backend services using Java and modern design patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to SOLID principles and software design best practices.
• Ensure code quality by applying Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and maintaining high unit test coverage.
• Contribute actively to hands-on coding, code reviews, and refactoring to uphold engineering standards.
• Follow trunk-based development to support continuous integration and rapid delivery cycles.
• Collaborate in agile environments, embedding DevOps principles across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with Java J2EE and Spring-based technology stacks.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in relational data management using Oracle Database and SQL.
• Solid understanding of System Design principles.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
