Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java applications using Spring Boot to meet business objectives.
• Analyze user requirements to define functionality and produce detailed design documentation.
• Debug and resolve technical issues throughout the software lifecycle.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing Java infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Apache Kafka and NoSQL databases.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure cloud environments and cloud architecture.
• Deep understanding of microservices design patterns.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gitflow and Atlassian products including BitBucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
