Description

Design and manage backend services within distributed systems, owning projects from initiation through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects, including planning and task delegation.
• Provide technical leadership through expert guidance and code reviews.
• Solve complex technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and gather feedback.
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Expertise in API design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Cassandra.
• Ability to track project progress against quality benchmarks.
