Description

You will build and maintain low latency services and distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end service implementations, data feed ingestion, and orchestration.
• Participate in discovery phases for medium to large projects to define high-level designs.
• Develop high-performance, scalable solutions for big data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Troubleshoot production and business issues to ensure objectives are met.
• Drive the execution of business plans and technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-based architecture.
• Experience building Microservices using design patterns and event sourcing.
• Working knowledge of Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
