You will own the backend development lifecycle, focusing on Spring Boot Java API development, microservices design, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Deploy and manage services in production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain relational databases and NoSQL systems like Cassandra.
• Apply microservices design patterns to ensure scalable architecture.
• Handle 60% of development time and 30-40% of deployment or production support.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and API development.
• Experience with microservices design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
