Description

You will design and implement scalable backend services and APIs within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to enhance team productivity and capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee quality assurance, performance optimization, and coding standards.
• Perform feasibility studies including technical risk assessment, architectural best practices, and component breakdown.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage process compliance and provide regular status reports to minimize project escalation.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java backend and API development.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with GraphQL API development.
• Expertise in SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Solid understanding of OOD, OOA, and OOP principles.
• Experience with relational databases including Oracle and DB2.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server development.
