Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices applying SOLID principles and REST design.
• Implement Domain Driven Design and Service Oriented Architecture in distributed systems.
• Design and build backend RESTful APIs following the API development lifecycle.
• Apply expert object-oriented design to core services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years building backend RESTful APIs using Spring, Spring Boot, and Micronaut.
• Expert proficiency in Java 11 and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems and Cloud native designs.
• Experience with build tools such as Gradle.
• Familiarity with deployment environments like Azure and Linux.
• Experience with source control management (GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of quality practices via TDD/BDD.
• Experience with application servers like Tomcat or Apache.
