Description

You will lead a development team in the design, implementation, and deployment of Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality development.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance enhancements.
• Mentor team members on Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in Java and object-oriented design patterns.
• Hands-on experience building web applications with the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with cloud services.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage developers and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting.
