You will lead the development and maintenance of core backend services, ensuring robust architecture and seamless delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and process flows.
• Execute data migration and parallel run activities.
• Mentor client team members and establish technical best practices.
• Propose alternative solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, and SOA architectures.
• Proficiency with Kafka Streams and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog and Grafana.
• Understanding of logging and security concepts (JWT, Kerberos, Vault).
• Experience with performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter).
