Description
You will lead hands-on backend development and technical direction for project delivery.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices patterns.
- Implement and manage batch processing jobs using Spring Batch.
- Design and integrate APIs for service consumption.
- Lead technical direction for project delivery and manage onshore/offshore teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Proficiency in Angular and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
- Experience with Kafka for messaging.
- Strong backend project development background.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies.
- Team lead experience managing distributed teams.
