Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team through the design, development, and implementation of applications using Spring Boot and MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to drive continuous process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to improve application performance.
• Mentor team members on best practices and participate in the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications with the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
