Description

You will lead the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of complex software solutions across multiple business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for the team.
• Design and execute creative software solutions to solve technical problems beyond routine approaches.
• Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of applications and systems.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to probe architectural designs and technical applicability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering, system design, and application development.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for developing RESTful web services.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture and AWS, including Compute, Relational databases, NoSQL, and serverless designs.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and large-scale, high-throughput mission-critical payments applications.
• Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data streaming and orchestration using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and continuous delivery methods.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Drive awareness of new technologies by leading communities of practice across software engineering.
