Description

You will lead the architecture and delivery of scalable backend systems and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Oversee a development team through mentorship, code reviews, and technical direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, and QA to define technical solutions.
• Drive engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide performance tuning and optimization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of backend development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid background in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Exposure to frontend integration or API gateways.
