Description

You will lead backend development, designing and deploying scalable, secure services while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Java, Spring, and microservices frameworks.
• Drive technical decisions, coding standards, and backend engineering best practices.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional backend development experience using Java.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, or Gradle.
• Experience with message-driven systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems principles.

• Ability to lead teams and drive solutions independently.
