Description

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend / Microservices Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot to design and build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microservices architecture and a solid understanding of backend best practices. Experience with Apache Kafka and GemFire is a plus.


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Design and implement microservices architectures that are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business analysts
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Assist production support teams with issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation related to design, development, and configuration
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲)

- Strong proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience building RESTful web services
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing practices

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

- Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event streaming
- Experience with GemFire for in-memory data management and caching
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration
- Exposure to cloud environments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
