Lead a developer squad to design, code, and deploy scalable backend services while providing technical guidance and mentoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a developer squad and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
• Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Agile teams.
• Design, code, debug, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Perform software analysis, code reviews, and system risk analysis.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including testing, performance tuning, and on-call support.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Extensive experience building and deploying applications within AWS.
• Proven track record of developing highly scalable solutions in AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience implementing Event Driven Architecture.
• Proficiency in API development and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Strong Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA/OOD) skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software testing, automation, and performance tuning.
• Ability to integrate new software with existing systems while maintaining standards compliance.
