Description

You will build and maintain Java backend microservices, focusing on core business logic, REST API design, and PostgreSQL data persistence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and consume REST APIs for service communication.
• Implement and maintain microservices architecture patterns.
• Manage data persistence using PostgreSQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices design principles.
• Experience with relational SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of jQuery.
