Lead technical direction for large-scale financial services platforms, owning the architecture and delivery of wealth-lending systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop wealth-lending platforms, including Margin Lending and Collateral Management systems.
• Architect horizontally scalable, cloud-native APIs and microservices for high-throughput lending workflows.
• Lead the implementation of modular, event-driven data models ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and implement data quality controls across the system.
• Guide the team through code and architecture reviews, mentoring on distributed systems design.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience delivering large-scale, data-intensive enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership in architecting microservices platforms and event-driven architecture using Domain-Driven Design.
• Expertise in Java, Microservices, and API Development.
• Experience with Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Database Technologies, including NoSQL.
• Experience building and leading high-performing, distributed technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time processing systems.
