Description

Lead the design and development of wealth-lending platforms, including margin lending and collateral management, while remaining hands-on with core APIs and distributed services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect horizontally scalable, cloud-native APIs and microservices for high-throughput lending workflows and real-time credit decisioning.
• Design modular, event-driven data models to ensure data integrity and performance for high-volume transactions.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, implementing comprehensive data quality controls across the system.
• Lead the strategic adoption of advanced analytical capabilities, including AI and ML, to deliver business value.
• Build, manage, and lead high-performing, geographically distributed technology teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale, data-intensive enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in database technologies (relational, NoSQL, graph) and data streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
• Proven leadership in architecting microservices platforms using Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Expertise in modern DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and advanced CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Domain knowledge in Credit Risk, Margin Lending, Collateral Monitoring, and Risk Reporting.
• Ability to define technical strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and manage technical debt.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with real-time and batch processing systems.
