Description

You will design and architect scalable software solutions using Java technologies. You translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead the development team through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architectural specifications for Java-based systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead development teams during implementation, providing architectural guidance and oversight.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks to solve specific business problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
• Proven ability to create detailed architectural documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
