Description

Develop data solutions for Basel Regulatory Capital frameworks and large-scale processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and create functional documentation for new data sources.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement regulatory requirements and report specifications.
• Document solution architecture, including data patterns, capabilities, and dataset standardization.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and analyze System of Record data for quality issues.
• Execute data migration and analytics tasks within an Agile delivery framework.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in data development or analytics.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Big Data frameworks: Spark, Hive, Hadoop, and Flink.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL experience, specifically Oracle SQL, HiveQL, and DBeaver.
• Deep understanding of Basel Standardized and Advanced approaches (Market Risk, CVA Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Credit Risk).
• Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, and Machine Learning techniques.
• Knowledge of Operational Data Stores (ODS), data warehousing, and modeling principles.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Power Query, and Tableau for data visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Product Management and data migration projects.
• Exposure to US regulatory frameworks.
