Description

You own the design, development, and deployment of scalable Big Data pipelines and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using Java and Big Data frameworks.
• Shape platform architecture with strong engineering judgment and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and Gitflow workflows.
• Mentor team members to maintain high-quality coding standards and technical growth.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver technical solutions for greenfield and brownfield projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Big Data frameworks and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Gitflow practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Proven track record deploying scalable Big Data solutions for enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical direction.
