You will design, develop, and deploy scalable big data applications using Java and Apache Spark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable big data applications using Java and Spark.
• Deliver end-to-end software solutions from initial design through production deployment.
• Build and enhance Spring Boot-based microservices within a distributed architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize pipeline performance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural and platform decisions.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of professional experience in Java and Big Data technologies.
• Minimum 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Apache Spark.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Cassandra and other NoSQL databases.
• Experience in the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed data platforms.
• Ability to independently handle development, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Applied statistics knowledge, including distributions, statistical testing, and regression analysis.
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
