Description

Develop and maintain big data applications using Java, Spark, and Hive.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define system enhancements using applications development procedures.
• Analyze complex business problems and implement technical solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and write code for design specifications.
• Assess applicability of similar experiences to evaluate options outside standard procedures.
• Utilize AI tools to support development workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in programming and debugging business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Big Data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Hive.
• Competence in system analysis and application development.
• Ability to debug issues and write basic code for design specifications.
• Understanding of database administration and systems administration concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards for application development.
