Description

You will design, build, and maintain cloud-native Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architectures. You will own the full development lifecycle, from coding and unit testing to deployment and monitoring on AWS or Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE.
• Build and consume RESTful webservices with JSON serialization.
• Implement persistence layers using Hibernate and MongoDB or SQL databases.
• Manage infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and JSON.
• Experience with React, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-stack development including React UI components.
• Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum team.
