Description

You will lead development of cloud-native applications on AWS using Java and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful HTTP services with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Automate deployments, monitoring, and operations on AWS using CodePipeline, ECS, and EKS.
• Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage transactions across RDBMS platforms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Frameworks.
• In-depth experience with REST APIs, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Boot configurations.
• Strong background in cloud-native application development on AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3).
• 2+ years experience applying design patterns and principles in application design.
• Experience with database integration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) using JPA-Hibernate.
• Proficiency in unit testing, mocking frameworks, and integration testing practices.
• Familiarity with CI methodologies and tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
